Gear S3 : Remove quick setting grey spot on top screen

How can I remove the grey spot that lead to quick setting on top screen (swipe down) on my Gear S3 ?

When I swipe down, my settings show a battery percentage level on the top of the settings screen. A picture of yours would be
helpful.
