Gear S3 without mediasound

[Android Central Question]

When my S3 gear is connected to my Samsung S7 edge, there are supposed to be 2 settings under Bluetooth under "Use for" , but i only have one, being Use for calling sound (In Danish = Opkaldslyd). This makes it impossible for me to have an conversation on Messenger or Line, because the soundlevel is turned down. Where is the setting for Mediasound?
