Just got off the phone with PrizeLogic. They are giving $200 samsung e-certificates to those of us who were victims of the bait and switch. I'm checking this code now to see if it works. The catch is they are for 1 time use only and they expire at the end of may

Is that per submission or per person? I have 2 submissions for the Gear S2s wouldn't mind $400 plus 2 VR'S (I'd sell the VRs)

Don't quote me I think I read some where that the ecert. You can't buy certain things with them per promotion

Sooo… if you do end up getting an eCert from PrizeLogic for the Samsung store… I guess If you shell out the extra for 100 bucks for a watch and shipping costs. Your new watch will have to be the Bluetooth only version.

I just went to the Samsung site and noticed if you want the 3g version then you have to go to your carriers site and purchase..

Will Verizon honor my e-cert? Not likely, I was absolutely going to activate the 3G when I got it. Oh well…

With my luck, if I order the S2 from samsung it'll likely be backordered just like my BOGO charging pads for weeks. Samsung says they have no idea when they'll be back in stock (the slow ones).

I'm in the same boat on those chargers ordered weeks ago still nothing rep told me I'd have them 3 weeks ago lol typical samsung

I'll ask question here too. Can you call and speak with any rep on phone to get the $200 ecert or they need a supervisor on hand? Last night they said a super would call me in 1-3 days but she didn't know about this $200 ecert, I just asked if I can get the diff in value.

Alright guys don't hate me. Just posting to add my two cents if it helps. I submitted 3/10. Got a email saying they received my submission that day. I waited and waited forever with nothing and then I got the email that most people got on 4/7 saying it was approved and it could be into the summer before I received my gear s2. On 4/21, I emailed the head guy over the Midwest branch of PrizeLogic about how messed up this situation is and then I wake up at 5 am on Friday the 22nd with a tracking label created on FDM and I received it today.

I just called and told that it would need to be escalated to a supervisor and would receive a callback within 24 hours. I have never received a callback from one of their supervisors. The only way I got to talk to one was when Samsung called them while I was on the phone with them...

I will note that I used FB Msgr to contact Prizelogic... Took two days to get a reply but at least with the cost of the VR and the 200 cert it feels more like a gift and not me getting screwed..
