I know that it will not do any good, but I just emailed prize logic again. Does anyone have a email address for Samsung and Verizon regarding this promo? I want to email all 3 and see if it gets me anywhere.
 
I had a relatively late submission, but just for a Gear VR. I have seen very little discussion in here from anyone even close to my situation.

Verizon
Phone received & submission posted: 3/18
Submission approved: 4/1
Status page: Submission Approved. Preparing for Shipment. Shipping Date Estimate: Pending

Aside from the status page flipping a couple of times (once to the "delayed 'til may/summer" + $100 credit offer, back to submission approval pending, back to waiting on shipping date), I have heard nothing. Has anyone else who signed up for the Gear VR in a similar time frame heard or received anything?

Have you tried calling PrizeLogic?
 
As if we all didn't already know, emailing prizelogic is completely useless... I sent them an email "voicing displeasure" about how they've been running this and making it clear that I don't want them to substitute my S2s with VRs and here is the response I got a week later...

"Hello,

Thank you for your inquiry.

The S2 watch was selected and no further action is required.

If you have any additional questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

Thank You,
PrizeLogic Support"
 
Yeah, internet rage is wave form.

Maybe we could throw some support on one specific day, instead of trying to maintain a sustained level of calls to PL VZW and Samsung maybe we can all coordinate to call on Wednesday.

I purpose Wheres my $#!T Wednesday!

Oh yeah I submitted 3/9 and I still have pending status.

at least it will be funny to read all the different answers we get on the same day. "ran out of S2s" "you're approved, but it will be 4-6 more weeks" "a supervisor will call within 24 hours" "location code audit".....
 
Was promised the 24 hour supervisor call and guess what happened?

Three days later, I'm still waiting on my 24 hour supervisor call.

I've been thinking about the details...how it seems that many of us on here that are still waiting all submitted in a specific range: 3/9-3/12. It;s not the location code, because we have different codes. Not the business disqualification, we weren't notified of that. We all got the same email stating "shipping into May or Summer 3016. So, there has to be a reason why almost everyone who submitted after us has received their S2s & we haven't. Ideas? Maybe PL lost/mishandled those early submissions? There has to be some logic (no pun intended) as to why our submission dates are hanging. Would love to hear your thoughts.....

I think that those are the dates that the bulk of the submissions were sent in. Originally you only could get the watches if you pre-ordered and we were promised to receive the phone if you preordered by March 11th. So once we received the phone we did the submission, they had a team handling those submissions from the 3/8 thru 3/12 but there were an overload and they were back lodged. When they opened up for the watch again, a different team were assigned those submissions, there were a lot less of those and so they got processed first by their team. Not fair but that is what I think happened I could be wrong.
