My wait is finally over. 3/9 submitted 6/24 received.
How do you make the personal watch faces?

I went to MrTimeMaker.com. Samsung also has a new program out for use on a PC, that allows a much higher degree of complexity.
 
I'm not sure if this helps those who are still waiting, or not. This is the BBB response I received today from Samsung:
Samsung has contacted Prizelogic regarding their concerns. As per Prizelogic, the shipment of the customer’s device was delayed due to inventory shortages. . We escalated the request and Ingram will be shipping these this week. When tracking is available, we will provide to the consumer. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. For further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at 888-480-5675 between the hours of 9AM and 6PM EST, Monday through Friday. Thank you

Well look at that! You got someone's attention! If a flood of complaints hit the BBB, probably the best thing that could happen.
 
I was the same as you pre ordered could not fill out my form until 3/11 and was so worried about getting it in on time....what a fool I was. I gave up on my fight though. Maybe I should make a complaint to the BBB that they sent me used watches. The funny thing is I tried to wear one of the used watches for a day and I am a 5'1" women with very small hands and wrists and after all of this I had to take it off, it was way to heavy and too big for my wrist. My husband likes it so far. Was not worth the stress or the wait.

Sorry the watch did not work out for you. A major disappointment. I think you should send Samsung an invoice for the hours and hours you spent working toward getting the watch.
 
OMG! OMG! FDM shows a pkg to MEEEE from Brightpoint with a label created!! Please, please let it graduate to an actual shipment & arrive on my doorstep. Why, oh Why did I not file a BBB complaint weeks ago when I considered it? I am convinced that this is in response to the BBB filings. Either way....it's potentially almost over!!!! WooHoooo! Wishing luck to Aushoj, Mesh7688, and Mistak5 that your labels are created very soon. If I'm forgetting anyone, my apologies (it's hard to keep up with sometimes). I know that feeling...the one when everyone is getting a label or shipment & you're still waiting. So, hang in there. I'm witcha 'till we all have them in hand! Let me know if I can do anything to help?
 
My wait may finally be over. Checked FDM last night and nada. Checked this morning and label has been created as of 6/24. From brightpoint plainfield IN. Shows delivery for Wednesday 6/29. Weight 0.9 lbs. Expect S2 watch.

Initial approval 3/23

Submitted BBB complaints to all 3. Received will expedite shipment replies from Samsung and prizelogic. Received email from Verizon with number to call. Spoke with Verizon and asked to allow 48 business hours for her to reach out to Samsung and prizelogic to determine if they can get this resolved through them or if verizon would send me the watch.

Based on the experiences above I don't expect the watch on 6/29 and if verizon offers to send the s2 I will accept if I have not received a new s2 from brightpoint.

Good News/Bad News: Bad news is my dates changed in FDM. Good news is the pkg has actually been picked up & I will (unless it changes again) have it delivered on Wed. Yippee!
 
Mine said it should have been delivered today and then I got a message yesterday morning that it was supposed to be delivered yesterday which it was, so 1 day before original,but with them not delivering Mondays as everyone said then it may be Tuesday or Wednesday you get yours but at least it is coming finally, so happy for you. Oh and btw they do not require a signature the lady didn't even ask my name she said here and left.

Still nothing in FDM. I'm hoping at some point in time I'll get mine. Who knows...

I can't complain top much. I got one from Verizon. And prize logic hasn't said anything about me not getting one... Just to keep waiting...
 
Hi all, Wanted to update my steps.
I was Sent VR when i ordered s2.
I called Prizelogic CS- They agreed it was an error, and would send me a return label.
Called prizelogic back in 10 days when i had not received a return label they
directed to call samsung( They must have been fired) talked to a lady, who created a ticket for me to return
I am currently on the phone creating another ticket now. should be contacted within 3 days.
