Gen 2 fire TV V android Q+ 9.0

Hi all , I've bought an android Q+ 9.0 box to replace my Gen 2 fire TV box , slight issue watching IPTV through a VPN I use . Same server , same WiFi , android box pauses loads , Amazon box plays absolutely fine ! I thought that 4gb ram v 2gb ram would help but I can't understand why it pauses , cheers
