Geofences error

Has anybody come across a fix for this yet? I don't have trusted places turned on. This error message pops up every once in awhile.

In the past few days I also have been seeing this error message ghost on and off my screen. I do not have GPS turned on and I have cleared cache. For giggles, I rebooted after clearing cache. Any idea how to stop this error message and is it doing any harm or collecting data? I see it when I am on Pinterest as well as text messaging.

So far I haven't figured it out.

Mine happens at certain times. 10:21, 11:51, etc. Then, when I reboot, it starts happening at different times.

I would just do a factory reset. It appears to be some kind of issue with the coding in the location service on some apps. There doesn't seem to be a lot of info on it so I don't think it's a widespread issue.
