Well, I thought you were on to something, as I am in Florida...but like you said that theory is shot down...
What amazes me is that you can get zero information. Prizelogic told me, once they approve it, they are out of the equation...so, I guess, any questions should be directed at Samsung, who interestingly enough, will tell you to contact Prizelogic...quite a setup...
I know I have posted before, but:
Submitted 2 on 3/9 and 3/22. Received confirmation when submitted. Next email was yesterday. Prizelogic confirmed both were approved within 24 hours of submission. Shipping Date pending with no labels printed for fedex. In ny.

Prize logic told me it's the fulfillment center's responsibility after it's approved which is why they can't tell me shipment estimates. Samsung may have nothing to do with it either unless fulfillment is waiting for Samsung to provide stock.
Submitted March 10th FedEx manager has shipping label created the 2nd with a delivery date April 7th which was yesterday. No other action from FedEx so don't even think it was picked up from time Warner yet. Got the email yesterday as well stating could be summer before we get them. I'm in Arizona
Yup, I'm sure it's outsourced. From the workers to the software they are using. Working in IT and educational field, I see this crap all the time. Makes me sad. Mine just updated, but no ship date.
My FedEx updated to being shipped last night with Expected delivery of tomorrow. Was to be delivered today.
Yes, it is the 3g version. I have had one of these devices since the Gear S and have the Gear S2 Classic 3G now. Once you can get and respond to email, messages and notifications beyond BT range such that you deliberately or accidentally leave your phone home without it, you will not want to to give that up. The $5 a month Verizon charges is totally worth it. And there are some cool standalone apps, like Gear Navigator Standalone, which is a full feature Nav app that uses Google maps and traffic data including options for walking, biking or driving.
Ordered 3/10, promo website has been approved with shipment date pending for 2 weeks, got the email yesterday that it might be May or summer. FedEx said label created 4/2 with 4/5 delivery estimate. Just updated with actual tracking info that it is in transit and due to be delivered tomorrow! Whohoo!!!
Anyone notice all the Verizon employees, Samsung, and prizelogic people sporting new S2's?

I received a Gear S2 guys. However, I received it from the same day as my phone replacement from Asurion. I don't know who sent it to me now. The claim still says pending. Where did you guys get yours from? My send was Plainfields Return center. The box also says Verizon on it. What do you guys think?

Once prizelogic approves the submission it is turned over to Ingram micro a huge electronics distributer who handles tons of importing, warehousing, shipping and fulfillment promos. They are known by different names in different areas of the country, in the Midwest it is Brightpoint ... A fulfillment company Ingram actually bought a couple years back, these guys ship thousands of things a day and don't really do customer side service so once it's in their hands you kinda just get it when you get it, probably also why prizelogic's site only shows estimated shipping dates... They don't really know and Ingram isn't the best at updating them....
