get flash player on Honeycomb???

so i have honeycomb preview 4 on my colored nook but flash doesnt work on it. no youtube vids no netflix. is there a way to get a flash player on honeycomb?? or is there no release yet? if theres no release how is it that people have the nook can play netflix & hulu?

It would appear there is not yet a version of flash that runs on the preview Honeycomb that is the popular root. Works fine on the updated stock (froyo) Nook Color.

Update: I tried installing Flashplayer 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3, and none worked. However, I did notice that I was able to view one YouTube video that was less than 30 seconds. Perhaps that will mean something to someone reading this thread and lead to a solution.
