Get Smart Actions to "See" playlists. I would like smart actions to turn on music with a geographical trigger but it keeps saying I have no playlists?

I have the same problem. I went to Verizon and they could not get it to work either. they suggested I download another playlist, that did not work either

I spoke to motorola about it. Their answer is they are discontinuing smart actions. They know the problem and have no plan to fix it.

thank you. I thought this (and any software program) were created by google! I guess in future I should contact Motorola if I encounter any problems with any feature?

Some are vzw. Some are moto. It varies. I usually check with moto first because you seldom get through the phone tree to a vzw rep who knows anything. None of the reps Ive spoken to in stores know anything. Whats worse they pretend they do and just lie.

THANK YOU. do you know if I can train the voice recognition (speaking commands) to my accent (with a name like Hamid, you know! lol)

Can't help you there. Sometimes it doesn't get my Boston accent. If you speak a language other than English you could always change the phone to that language.

There are also speech to text apps you can get at the playstore. They may be better at learning your accent.

Thanks - I always wondered if it was looking for a different music player than Play Music, but it must just be a broken feature.

A shame, a lot of things in SmartActions actually worked for me.

I've gotten SmartActions to see playlists when I install the app "Hi Music".

I still have a problem though, when the action is triggered, it only plays the same artist every time, it doesn't open up the playlist I have selected.

I was wondering if I take the songs out of their artist subfolders if that'd make a difference... I'll get back to you guys if that works, just have to find the free time to do that. Let me know if you guys get to it first!
