Get third party apps to use Google Calendar as default when creating events?

I use the LTA tennis app to book local tennis courts on my A54. Whenever I make a booking it helpfully creates an event in my calendar. The problem is that the event is created in the local Samsung calendar ("My Calendar"), so I don't see it when I look at my Google Calendar on the web (which is where I manage all of my appointments).
Is there any way of getting third party apps to use the Google Calendar as default? (there is no setting in the LTA app to select a calendar)
