So I just got off the phone with T mobile tech... The tech stated this a known problem with "All" v10s as I believed. According to the Tech.... T mobile has been in Contact with LG and there should be an software update rolling out to all of thier V10s shortly, not just some specific version of the model of thier V10s. He sent me a generic email in regards to the LG update....And yet, that's exactly the case.
You might find it helpful to read this thread in its entirety. About half the people posting to it have no issues with any cases at all.
