Getting a reminder keeps screen on indefinitely

Until I select snooze or acknowledge or dismiss. This for sure contributes to draining the battery. Any way to put the reminders on a timed amount then turn off the screen? Help appreciated!

Try disabling the notification ability for the app in the edge screen settings. This may adjust it.
