Chris and ramcharger, are you sure you two aren't getting refurbished phones? I was told that since I am within 30 days (3 days actually) that I get a brand new phone that I have to wait for, and the people who fall out of the 30 day window get refursbished units. If you guys are expecting brand new units I would seriously look into that.

I was told the same thing, but I got a refurbished phone. It really doesn't make a differance to me but thats not the point. I was told I was getting new and got refurbished. I should call and complain but the phone works perfectly and there is nothing about it, other than the plastic screen protector that would indicate it was refurbished.

Sorry to hear that. I am just going to keep my order the way it is, they aren't going to reverse the charge. They told me that's the way they do it. I spoke to three different people.
