Getting alerts to view a bug report, what's wrong with my Galaxy S4?

I recently started noticing that my phone lags a lot and my apps like snapchat are continously crashing . I also noticed that in my application manager there Is an android application that is called shell that came up when the lagging did. I haven't downloaded any new apps so I don't know what's causing this. Is there any way to get rib if all this lagging? Also the bug export Is 5000 pages long and is gibberish to me what do I do?
