Time to vent. VZW customer service has been promising an overnighted CLNR to replace the phone I have because of a broken headphone jack. Two reps and a tech support person have promised it's going to be there the next day. I even have an order number.
I check email this morning and walla, there's no tracking number. I call FedEx and there's no record of shipment. I call VZW and the rep is befuddled as to why.
I've been very patient and friendly on the phone with them, but that's starting to wane. Why can't one hand even have a clue what the other hand is doing? Rant over... for now.
