Getting kicked out of browser

It's a Stock browser thing, but it happens more frequently on HTC devices running 4.0+/Sense 3.6+. Cannot be fixed, as HTC uses the same browser for ALMOST every HTC device.

I also have a browser problem. I'll unlock my phone and sometimes the browser will be running even though I closed it the last time I used it. Anyone else have the same problem?

Im curious if this getn booted isnt the byproduct of apples a.i. system that was developed a few yrs bk & now theres a storage facility in salt lake utah thats been designated for the sole purpose of collecting all cellular transmissions except those connected with government.
originally there were 3 ppl involved w this a.i. system, 1 died leaving 2.
the system was designed to geometrically 'learn and make internal changes over time by itself altering any and all systems in an effort to streamline information, any ...
since its implimentation many systems hv gotten adjusted and as time continues this will continue to interfer w multiple systems, sensitive systems i.e. medical, ssi, military, etc.
