Getting Music On To Phone

Maybe it's just me, but when I stream the music, it sounds... weird. Like, kinda muffled, or more "mono" than "stereo". Stuff that I have downloaded, though, sounds fine. At least that's how it was on my Thunderbolt; haven't really tried music on my Nexus yet. I dunno, maybe I was just imagining it, though. *shrug*

Make sure you have the box checked to stream high quality in your settings.

Am I completely stupid? When streaming from Google Music I am playing an album or playlist and...the first track will end and then nothing. I have to actually wake the phone and track forward to play the next track. I have to do this after every track. wth is there some setting I need to click?

i've been using Rhapsody for about 2 years now and don't understand the allure of spotify. i've tried it and still use Rhapsody. besides, Rhapsody is an American company

I had the same problem, but honestly cannot remember what I did to fix it. I do recall having gone to Now Playing (click on the currently playing song at the bottom of the Music app) and then Menu > Show Options. After that, I don't remember what I did.

Used to use DoubleTwist. But if I deleted music on my PC it would still be on my phone.

Then used iSync. Works great if you want to keep your iTunes up-to-date with your phone.

Now I use Google Music. Was part of the beta and have never had any problem with it. I don't have a ton of music so this is the best solution for me. (about 1000 songs)

I just had to unclick 'shuffle' and that seemed to do the trick. thanks!
