Getting rid of bloatware

Just purchased a Xperia Z2 Tablet, it's a Amazon Warehouse deal, so may go back depending on how accurate the description is, fancied changing from mini retina, screen too small for reading power point pdf files. My question is what app should i use for un-installing the bloatware i do not want? (Rooting first of course)

I'm actually looking forward to PS Now being announced for tablets, if it happens.

I use Link2SD. Freeze the bloatware first. If the phone runs for a week or so without a problem, uninstall it. If freezing it causes a problem, just unfreeze it. (If you uninstall it and have a problem, you may have to reflash the entire ROM to get it back.)
