Getting weird message every week or 2...Device software modified

Every week or 2 when I wake up in the morning, I have a message in the notification panel that says something like: "Device software modified. Your device may be at risk." I ran Mcafee, Lookout and VZ Protect and they all came back clean, so I'm not sure what else to do or what it could be. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for the help.
