Gifts of the season promotion [Note 5]

We purchased 4 Samsung devices this holiday season and still haven't received any of the promised offers. On top of that we had issues registering the devices because they couldn't confirm the IMEI or MAC. Good thing we went with Tmobile and can dump Samsung soon if this crap continues. The phones were priced well if you factored in their Gift of the Season items but full price is not worth what we're paying.

The reason why you had issues registering is because of the MAC address. You either had to use the : to separate the 2 digits or you had to leave it out. Can't recall but that was definitely the issue because I ran into to that problem as well.

I got everything to day. I think I registered end of Nov/beginning of Dec.

I received 2 $100 store credits for samsung, 2 $50 gift cards for best buy and 2 holiday season bundles.

Can't beat it considering I got my Note 5 and S6 for practically nothing when I purchased!

You probably got all of those because you submitted yours early before they started verifying people's submissions more thoroughly. I got a response a few weeks ago after inquiring about an update that I wasn't eligible since I got the Best Buy promotion.

I submitted for both "GIFTS OF THE SEASON OFFER" (accessory bundle) and "HOLIDAY FLASH SALE" (TV) submitting the TV on 12/22 and then the bundle a few days later. Figured it wouldn't hurt to try for both. After that I got an approved email on the TV. Early last week I checked the status checker and it says the same status as the poster above for the accessory bundle but TV says I was rejected due to another claim on an offer. I contacted Prize Logic over Facebook last week to say I submitted the TV first and got an approval email but now says I'm not eligible. I didn't think it'd mess up my TV offer to try for a second offer. Took a couple days for a response but they said "you did register for the Flash Sale first. We will honor this and approve the Flash sale as well.". So I might be getting both after all. Though my status checker hasn't been updated to show the TV is approved. I then asked about that and they said my offer status change is in a spreadsheet and may take a while to be reflected on the status website. They did say it'll be 4-6 weeks for the TV so I'm not expecting anything until March/April now. No shipments coming may way yet on the accessory bundle even though it says "currently in route". Seems to me prize logic must be overwhelmed with these offers and trying to keep track of everything.
