How many have already received the OTA update of Gingerbread, Android 2.3.4 ?

To me its almost like I got a new phone, I really like it.

As I use the phone I keep finding more and more changes.

Most for the better, although I dont like the look of the new Android Market.

Department of Justice has filed suit asking for the AT&T/T-Mobile merger to be

Think this will make any difference ?

Or do you think the powers that be have already rubber stamped it ?

We can only hope this is the beginning of the end of this monopoly insanity.

Well looks like AT&T left themselves a way to slither out of the 6 billion dollar break up
fee if the T-Mobile deal isnt approved (I hope I hope) :
