gingerbread need help

so i put in gingerbread blah blah blah then it rebooted into recovery mode and i dont know wat the ok button is cuz it wont let me select anything

volume up and down to move through the menus, power button is select/ok/enter.

Sometimes CWM act weird and won't let you use the power button to select anything. When this happens to me I just pull the battery, put it back, and hold volume up+power to go back to recovery. That usually works for me.
