Gingerbread on EVO 4G??

Considering that they have to include the WiMax support for the EVO, I would think that it would take longer to make the OTA

At this point, I'd just like an announcement that the phone will or wont went gbread. That's really the only hold up I have for rooting my phone. I want the OTA.

True that, I just hope if they do update it that its before the 3D or nexus s 4g.

We're about to hear about HTC bringing the EVO 3D to us. Won't that have Gingerbread? They need to put out Gingerbread for EVO now.
