Gingerbread Program/Screenshot Question

Hi everyone,
I have several questions.

When I was updating to Gingerbread, I received a phone call and my phone was messed up afterwords. I went to my Verizon store the next day and they rebooted the phone, saying Gingerbread didn't download successfully. But once my Verizon rep rebooted the phone, he said everything was good. Is there a way for me to go back to Froyo, then re-download Gingerbread to make sure everything was downloaded right? I am not rooted.

And my second question, I read somewhere that with Gingerbread came the ability to take Screenshots without being rooted... Is there an app for that that will work?

Thanks

Well there is an sbf file that will bring you to the OTA GB (.596) on the forums if you wana re-install stock GB
Now that the rep rebooted it, and your on the OTA of Gingerbread, you would have to sbf the .596 file to re-install the phone back to what the OTA would have given you. If you are experienced, there is a thread on this forum for it. If not, then I would say leave it how it is since if all he did was re-boot the phone, then GB should work ok.

Im not on the OTA so I dont know what screenshot apps work anymore for non-rooted devices, but you can do a market search for Non Root Screen Shot apps. There are a couple, how reliable, I am not sure.
