I would use mine to prop up phone at work to watch for texts. Would come in handy when i use speakers to display the music player with all the album art and such too. Seems like a pretty cool idea.

I would use it in 3 places. I have my Droid X on 24/7 in case of any emergency like that 4 am text message from my buddy asking if I am asleep yet. But even more seriously.
1. my bedside table charging for the night and laying it down causes it to slide off so the Coaster would fix that and I can use the alarm more efficiently.
2. Home Office - I keep it connected at the computer to keep it charged up and looking at it face down, I think it gets mad at me.
3. In my kitchen. While family breakfast and dinner is being served I "try" to leave my phone away from the table. I would leave it standing charging so I could see if it needed me. (No this does always happen because I freak if it is not less than a hand length away from me)
