I have a White Stone dome and it's horrible. I've used them before but this time I wished I wouldn't have gotten one. It's more of a miss than hit with the fingerprint scanner. Frustrating on a daily basis. Let us know if you find something that works!

What is unique about the White Stone that allows the FPR to work better? I have the standard S22 and the screen is flat, and a dome screen protector is not necessary - unless it does actually affect the FPR performance.

It doesn't make it work better , its same as without it but protects the screen and doesn't peel up at edges like film

Sorry, I mean work better than with other screen protectors. My glass protector basically makes the FPR unusable and I'm trying to find a glass one that actually permits the FPR to work.

Glass white stone or Zagg glass is best options

Dome Glass no issues at all fingerprints work with no issues spen works great as well , Best Glass screen protector been using it since Note7.

OP: maybe I missed it - are you talking about the Ultra? If so, I defer to others here.

If it's a flat screen, AmFilm Hybrid. Perfect in every respect - even price!

My Whitestone Dome settled in after about a week and has been pretty consistently reliable for the first try (as far as the fpr) and looks like it's not even there.

Colour me impressed.

A good idea I picked up a while ago when applying the Whitestone Dome Glass Screen Protector was after the first curing with the Uv light and you pop it out of the cradle is to gently press down on the screen Protector on and around where the scanner is and then 2nd Uv light cure.

AM film is very similar to Whitestone, but it has a weighted cylinder you use during install. You put it over the fingerprint sensor, and it keeps the liquid away from that area. I have it on my S20 plus, and it works great. Fingerprint sensor is very acurate.

I felt like I was settling when I bought the hybrid Zagg screen protector even though it was expensive. I'm so use to tempered glass but after several failed tries with different tempered glass options I gave it a shot. Have to admit, I'm very happy with the results. Easy to apply, smooth to the touch and fingerprint works great every time.

I wasted 70 clams for the hybrid Zagg. It does have a little thickness so it offers some protection BUT it was ALWAYS covered with fingerprints and it usually took more than one try for fp to work. I was so disgusted I peeled mine off. The fingerprint sensor now works 90% of the time and the oleophobic coating resists fingerprints and smudges so I'm going bare.

I'm sure I will scratch or break my screen but I couldn't stand constantly cleaning the screen and doing fp over and over. You must have a firm touch.

I'm pretty sure I used a Zagg screen protector on my S10. I loved that phone but the curved screen drove me crazy for screen protectors!
