Global settings changes?

Is there any way on the G6 to:
- globally shut off notification or at least in some kind of checkbox type screen where I don't have to go in and shut off notifications for every single app one after the other?
- force apps to the SD card for installation?

1. Only by turning Do Not Disturb on.

2. Not only is that strongly recommended against (apps write to storage constantly, and that can destroy an SD card quickly - they're not designed for that), no. Apps install to internal storage. then - if the developer allows moving the particular app to the SD card, you can. (Some apps just won't run from the SD card, so the developer disables the ability to move the app.)
