Gmail activity California IP

Just out of curiosity i clicked on gmail activity and spotted Californian IP in my gmail activity. Anybody got that? I'm in NY btw. 2 of my gmail accounts shows Californian IPs using mobile phone as of Novermber 15th.

I've gotten similar activity when I used a VPN app that had an out of state server. Otherwise, I suppose that's a security issue. Good luck!
