i cannot get it to add another account keeps saying that theres no connection even when on wifi

Try going in and out of airplane mode.If not reboot then see if it still does it.

I had a similar problem on damage. I couldn't send email, and couldn't add email accounts.

The only thing that solved the problem was to go to gmail and gmail storage under manage apps and to clear cache and data.
