Question Gmail classes

Can anyone recommend online courses to help someone navigate Gmail. I have a cousin who is challenged when it comes to all things tech! She needs serious and good-quality guidance!

Well Google's Gmail user interface, including most other email services, is pretty basic and simple to pick on by just using it. From the sound of it though, you cousin is apparently new to using a smartphone from an overall matter. If that's the case, I'm going to make a supposition your cousin wouldn't pick up too much from reading online help guides. There's a disconnect in our heads with performing daunting tasks while at the same time reading equally daunting articles.
I'd suggest your cousin take a basic course on smartphone usage, a setting where there's one-to-one, hands-on help when necessary. Where does your cousin reside? There are local community colleges, libraries, community centers, etc.that offer these kinds of 'primer' courses.

Thank you for your insightful and thoughtful reply! The bottom line is she doesn't want to need smartphone technology, but she needs it, so she is resistant to learning it. She's taken some classes on how to use her phone and has enjoyed them. She wants to find something similar.

Gmail is a popular service so there's a lot of info about it online. (... some pretty good, some not so good) A notable distinction for you to keep in mind is a lot articles focus on just using the Gmail app on a smartphone, and some focus more on the user interface using a web browser on a desktop/laptop (the former being more curated by Google in its feature access, the latter more expansive).
