If you're like me and you don't want your Gmail contacts on your phone, yet that is your primary e-mail address, you might have had a buffoon of a VZ rep who accidentally synced your Gmail contacts. Even if you unlinked these contacts, they still show up in certain contact lists.
Now if you want to factory reset or root your phone, you might rely on Backup Assistant to hold onto your contcts so you can restore them afterwards. This leads to my question...
In that scenario, will BA have backed up all of those Gmail contacts as well? When I root, and then import from Bakcup Assistant, will I get stuck with all of those contacts I don't want?
