Gmail Dark Mode

I still haven't received the update for dark mode in Gmail. Is there any way to force this? I know they said it was a server side update.

Can try clear data, cache and force 5
Or uninstall the update then update again

Still no dark mode for me. Of course, it seemed to take forever for the Android Auto redesign to hit my phone as well.

The other day I got the dark assistant and dark google app but still no gmail. Not sure but I think gmail is the final holdout.
