gmail waiting for sync

I bought my Moto G 16GB 2013 yesterday and upgraded to Android 4.4.4.
Then I started gmail sync by wifi N only.
Today gmail is still waiting for sync.
It took more than 12 hours but it is still not finished, so please help.

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Accounts-Google>[your Google account], and look at the Gmail entry. Is that where you see it constantly syncing? Try unchecking it and checking it again--does it finish the sync when you do that? If that doesn't work, you could consider removing your Google account and adding it back again. On that screen, tap Menu, and tap Remove Account. Then go back to Settings>Accounts, tap Add Account, and go through the process of adding your Google account again.
