GNEX Data outage?

Noticed that I didn't have 3G like I am used to this morning, and my twitter stream has other GNEX owners who also don't have data.

Wife's Charge has 3G, and my Nexus, sitting right next to it doesn't. Tried everything, nothing works.

Anyone else out there without data this morning?

Mine came back up after the phone auto dialed *22899 and updated itself. At least 1 other person seems to have experienced the auto update. http://forums.androidcentral.com/verizon-galaxy-nexus/143309-gnex-autodialing-vzw-updates.html

Was out here in central Florida for about 3 hours. Just got it back like 20 mins ago

Did battery and SIM card pull. Rebooted and got data back a few minutes later. Don't know if was the battery and SIM pull or VZW fixing something on their end.

And I lost data again. Well, that didn't last long! LOL

I'm guessing VZW is still working on it.


EDIT: And it's back again. Not keeping my hopes up though.

I have 3G back. I didn't do anything (reboot, SIM pull, etc.). I don't have 4G though.

I just got 3G back as well, no 4G yet either.

It is happening to all on Verizon. Pull SIM card for a few min. Then 3G should work fine until Verizon fixes the 4G outage.

3g is working here in west houston. Just got it back within the last 20 min. Earlier i turned off lte in network settings and that worked. I turned lte back on and 3g is still working.

Looking like Verizon might be losing their edge in "reliability", maybe they should start lowering their prices. I sent an email to them asking for a credit, I think 2 outages in a month should be worth at least a buck or 2 right?

3G came back in the last 20 minutes or so here in Chicago. I lost call reception a few times, but those outages didn't last long.

It's sad to look at the @vzwsupport twitter account. The person handling it has no idea there is a nationwide outage and is probably wondering why they're getting complaints of no data.

For about the last hour my Aircard has been out in the New England area. It seems to have stabalized a bit so maybe they are righting the ship so to speak. The reliability factor is taking a hit during their 4G expansion definately. Oh and I spoke too soon - there goes the Aircard connection... lol

Can't get 3 or 4g on my gnex. Wife has same issue on thunderbolt

Funny that my Nexus can't get any data since yesterday evening, whereas my wife's Thunderbolt has stayed on 4G and had no issues.

I have 3G back(not in a 4G area). Hopefully it stays and they give some kind of statement as to what happened, but I'm sure they will just pretend like there was never any problem.
