This post on is under -Are you curious how we bring new smartphones to market? +Engadget covers how we test and launch a new phone.-

"AT&T - We expected requests for this for the Samsung Galaxy Nexus which we do not have any new information to share, but do hear your requests to add it to our portfolio.

Out of curiosity how many of you are interested in the Galaxy Nexus? Please +1 this comment so we can see the demand here on Google+ so we can share interest here with our product teams. Thank you."

It currently has +206. Make sure these mental midgets at at&t get the message.

Back to your regularly scheduled importing, buying unlocked, will it work on at&t posts.

I wonder how many +1s it would really take to make a difference? A few hundred thousand?

Idk but I'm happy there is simply a sign of life with regards to Nexus and At&T. lol

AT&T knows you want it. They also know that the moneyhat that Verizon gave Google was too big for AT&T to bother with.

plus, recently Verizon and Google seem to be bedfellows.

I am not so sure Google and Verizon are getting along too well... Verizon has kinda not marketed the gnex and there version is the first one that a carrier got its name on the back which probably pissed Google off...sprint and T-Mobile are still Google's favorite bed fellows since they get more Google stuff than Verizon or at&t.

I hope at&t gets it or best buy at least gets an unlocked one with at&t radio's until then I am rocking my nexus s because I don't want anymore non nexus devices.

So I take it it's a GO...lol Hopefully the LTE version.

Why would they even ask the ?. Durrrrr, of course you would want it in your portfolio.

Seems like at&t does not have it's finger on the pulse of what tech people really want.

I really hope it goes to anyone other than Verizon...I hate the way Verizon does business but even more I hate that they seem to be ruining the nexus brand...hopefully when/if the other carriers get these they will not be ruined like the Verizon version is.
