Going back to Clockworks for recovery

trying to flash my evo and backed up every thing in recovery for clockworks. I was getting the white evo screen when rebooting so i read a thread to use RA for the flash. So i used rom manager to switch it over to RA but forgot to do a back up in RA prior to the rom update. How can i go back to Clockworks for recovery if my phone wont get past the white evo screen? help is appreciated. I know my backup is in clockworks as i have done it a few times.

Sorry, meant to say i did a nandroid backup prior to updating but was using clockworks for that. when using RA to go to restore nandroid it does nothing.

Mount the sdcard as usb storage through amon recovery, then put this file on your sdcard:
PC36IMG.zip

then reboot the phone to boot loader and install the update, it will install clockworkmod v2.6
