good looking ICS theme for V?

Ive tried almost all of the ICS themes around even the Sonny Sekhon one, which looks like the best version visually, and i get some error about the file being improperly compiled...

Is this another issue having to do with hdpi vs mdpi bs? Is there a good ICs theme that actually works and changes notification bar as well?

And, is it just me or does ADW do nothing to the notification bar, you look at the preview images of the adw themes and they all have different looks but they never come along with it. Seems like the best way to apply themes to cm7 is though theme chooser to me.

While these may not be pure ICS like you are looking for, they definitely look the most awesome of what I've tried. The preview image (on the version I tried at least) even features the Optimus V!

You're right @theforerunner, stick to the theme Chooser to change stuff for you. ADW has absolutely nothing to do with the status bar, all that is contained in framework-res.apk (and systemUI.API if your in a gingerbread rom).
