The only one I really have used is Snapseed and it worked well.

I like to use After Focus application after I tookd a picture. What it does is basically is that you can pick a spot any where on the picture and you make it as your focused item and blur the background. It looks really nice when you really want to focus on certain things in the picture when your normal focusing camera is not enough.
