I wonder why my google activity says that I used google duo when I know for sure that I haven 't.

Yes. I’m not sure that reported Google Activity is ever anything to worry about, as long as you’re the only person who has access to your phone.

I'll jut copy and paste what I posted in that other thread belodion linked, for your convenience: Keep in mind that the Google Activity history tells you when apps ping your Google account. This can happen at various times, even when you're not actively using the app, because the app may just be periodically refreshing data. Don't worry, nothing nefarious going on.
