Google and Play Store wont work!?

Hi on my tablet im connected to my internet but everytime i got to google it saids 'webpage is unavailable' and when i go to play store it sadis 'no connection' 'retry' please help:'(

Are you connected by wifi or data? If wifi, check your router to be sure it's connected to the Internet. All the icon on your phone/tablet shows is that it is connected to the router. If data, try turning on airplane mode, then turning it off. If that doesn't work, try a reboot.
