Google Apps for Business locked S5 login

[AC Question]

I set my new S5 up with the fingerprint login and a secondary password that was minimal but adequate. I went into my GAfB device settings and turned on all the security settings which forced me to change my password to meet the security requirements and it eliminated the fingerprint option. Now it won't let me log in to the phone with any password. I'm at 8 incorrect login attempts and at 10 it will reset the phone to factory. I went back to the GAfB settings and turned off all the security settings thinking that it would attempt to sync and eliminate the forced password but had no luck.
Can anyone suggest a solution so I don't have to rebuild my phone from scratch?
