Google assistant/vibration

When I say ok Google or press on the mic icon it only vibrates and doesn't make the sound. I have all the vibrations turned off. What's wrong?

It knows my voice, I'm saying it doesn't make the ding sound only vibrates and it's annoying.

This is how it works, I don't like it either. Google Now is the same way for the record.

Go to the accessibility settings and turn ON switch access. It should work again.
