Google Cloud Print

I have been using Google Cloud Print on my Samsung Galaxy S5 for quite some time. All worked well. I just recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10 and while all settings appear proper and unchanged, I can no longer print using Google Cloud Print. Same Cell phone settings, same printer, same laptop (new OS). Does anyone have a similar issue and does anyone have some suggestions on how I can get things going again.

I think I may have figured this out... For those that might be interested. About 2 weeks ago I disabled ANT HAL Service, ANT Radio Service, and ANT+ Plugins Service on my S5. I enabled them this afternoon and Google Cloud Print seems to be working perfectly again. Somehow these services must be intertwined. Hope this helps.
