Google comes up when I press the Internet button. Please Help.

I wish to tap Internet and to see my Quick Access items immediately. I do not wish to bring up Google or to have Google search for me.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Is this the stock browser (not Chrome) that came with the phone? If it's a Samsung phone, is it the Samsung Internet browser?
