Google Device Manager not activating new functions

Hello. I have a European GNex (4.3) that is not tied to a carrier. I also have a Nexus 10 on 4.3. On both devices, I have activated "Allow remote lock and factory reset" in the Google Settings app. However, while I have all functionalities shown as activated on the ADM web interface for the Nexus 10, my GNex is "stuck" with only the "Ring" function active. I have unchecked and rechecked "Allow remote lock and factory reset" and refreshed the web page, deleted the data from the Google Play Services app and rebooted, tried combinations of all of these, all to no avail. The ADM web interface continues to show only the "Ring" function for my GNex, with "Lock" and "Erase" greyed out. Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me!

I'm replying to my own message - it took somewhere between 2 and 3 hours for the ADM to recognize that my phone should be lockable and erasable, but it did finally. I'm all set!
