Google I/O 2013,
Google IO has been a dream for me finally when I get the chance to attend this BS happens. I am waiting for the timer on Googles site to count down... it does so. at 0 page changes I agree to terms and click register.

Then.... if you were part of this you know what im talking about, you get a spinning thingy that says waiting for available ticket....

I would imagine google would have enough bandwidth to find someone a ticket quick.... apparently not.

you wait, and you wait, and what do u get, JACK !

Its all a scam.

It's not the fact that google doesn't have bandwidth. The problem is that over 7 million people are trying to buy these tickets and no amount of bandwidth at this time and age will be enough to handle that kind of workload. Me and a buddy of mine both tried getting them. I tried 7 times and 8th time was a charge. I was probably the last one to get a ticket at 9:47 am. Still surprised that I actually got it but you have to understand there are only 5500 seats but the demand is so much higher.
