Google Instant Search Disabled!

My little cousin was messing around with my phone and somehow she disabled the Google search suggestions on the Chrome browser. I've gone into Settings for both the phone and the browser app itself and I can't find a way to turn on the instant search function.

Find "Search settings" (Under "Settings") on the bottom of the Google Website. Then push the three dots in the upper with corner of Chrome Browser and push "Request Desktop Site". When the page loads, you should be able to disable Google Instant from there. Here are some screenshots:
