I'm using it right now.
The funny thing is, I'm not sure if I like it.

Same here. I think I like that it matches the rest of the stock color scheme. But its been white for so long. Not sure I like the change.

I can't make the whole keyboard blue. The pop ups show up as blue so I'm assume that's the only change?

Yeah, the keyboard itself isn't blue, just the gesture trail and the key popups

After using the blue scheme for a few days I find that I really don't like it. I prefer the consistent white color. If the whole keyboard changed I night switch.

Good thing I don't have the pop ups enabled. I prefer white over blue.
