Did I miss them talking about any video camera upgrade? I see the specs on Googles pre-order its still 4k at 30fps. No 60fps option.
Overall, that was a dud of a presentation.
Yeah, it's pathetic. Samsung was offering $600 bucks at one time for a P3XL trade in for a Note 10+, SMHGoogle needs to step up their trade in game!

I agree. What's the hold up with 4k at 60 fps? And the knock on competitors for incorporating a wide angle lens. (Its extremely useful.)
I can't wait to see some iPhone 11 Pro vs Pixel 4 photography comparisons. If the iPhone 11 Pro is on par with (or is better than) Pixel 3 shots, then their 3 camera array provides more value to me than just really good telephoto and portrait shots the Pixel 4 provides.

Such a boring event but I still placed an order. lol

The knock is that in reality telephoto is way more useful than wide angle. Wide angle can help u get a massive group of people in a shot, or a more complete photo of a room in a house, in some instances slightly better landscape/cityscape. Telephoto gets you closer to things you cant get close to, without having to crop and lose quality. Concerts? Boats? better portraits with a telephoto? I cant for the life of me understand why if you can only have 2 lenses, wide angle is touted as so much better to have.
It was. Almost ordered one bit changed my mindOrange XL 128GB is already "out of stock."
Was it ever available?
What exactly does "Limited Edition" mean? It won't be available after pre-order phase? Like at all? Or will just be "out of stock" like the original blue Pixel?
But on the boat or inside the cabin on the boat wide angle is much more useful. I think it really depends on what you shoot. I used to carry an SLR with a whole bag of lenses and the most used was the prime lens, followed by the wide angle. Telephoto shots tend to almost always be too blurry or unsharp due to movement or the atmosphere. Short telephotos are great for portraits though. If I had to choose one lens it would be somewhat wide, but not super wide, which is pretty much what we had with single lens smartphones.Telephoto gets you closer to things you cant get close to, without having to crop and lose quality.
